Bargaining
PCDA/AZCOPS are meeting on a regular basis with Pinal County management to craft a Memo of Understanding Agreement between the County and the PCDA, which consists of deputies, detention officers up to and including the rank of corporal, dispatchers, evidence technicians and identification technicians, that will govern the areas of wages, hours, fringe benefits and working conditions.
The next bargaining session is scheduled for February 24.
You may attend the Bargaining Planning Meetings and put in your "two-cents". The next bargaining planning meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 16 at 1030 hours at the General Store on Main Street in Florence. If you wish to attend, please notify Lannie Bethka in advance.
Next Meeting
Our next meeting is tentatively set for Thursday, February 16, 2012, at 1800 hrs. at the Caliente Park in Florence.
